Residential Services

  
 

    Residential Services is a division of Bona Vista that offers services related to in-home living for eligible individuals with developmental delays, and who may also have mental, physical or emotional challenges. Our residential staff supports and guides these individuals with special needs to be as independent as possible. The individuals that we serve range in age and they all have varying levels of functioning.

    Through Bona Vista's residential services we understand that the consumers are all unique individuals with their own personalities and capabilities. Some of our persons served need more intensive hands-on assistance than others. However, we individualize services to meet the consumers’ needs. Staff will assist the consumer with household chores, and encourage them to participate in whatever capacity they are capable. Bona Vista staff treat the consumers utilizing our service with dignity at all times. The training we provide enables our staff to manage any issues that may arise. Bona Vista provides continuous ongoing training to all of our residential staff including but not limited to; CPI training, CPR, first aid, medication dispensing, one on one individualized training, and specialized professional 

 

development workshops. 

    Our group homes provide a clean and comfortable environment. Residents share a spacious room with one other person and many home amenities are provided. Every group home has transportation at the residents' disposal. Group activities and community outings are available. Each of our group homes are limited to 6 to 8 residents and are staffed 24 hours a day.
